We kindly request you to review our shipping policy thoroughly before placing an order.


Domestic & International Shipping

Shipping Charges

  • Domestic (India): Depends upon your location and order.
  • International: Shipping charges are calculated based on the destination and weight of the parcel. The final amount will be visible at checkout before you confirm your order.

Duties & Taxes (For International Orders)

  • International orders may be subject to import duties, customs charges, or taxes upon delivery, these are the responsibility of the customer.
  • We recommend checking with your country’s import policies before placing an order.
  • The Sheल is not liable for non-acceptance or delays due to unpaid customs duties.

Processing Time

Most of our garments are made-to-order to ensure freshness and uniqueness.

  • Everyday Cotton & Casual Wear: Ships/deliver in 8–10 working days.
  • Festive & Wedding Wear: Ships/Deliver in 10–12 working days.
  • International Orders: Add 5–7 working days to domestic processing time.

Please note: Shipping timelines exclude national holidays, weekends, and unforeseen delays due to weather, curfews, or political unrest.


Delivery & Tracking

  • You will receive tracking details via email and SMS once your order has been dispatched.
  • We work with reliable courier partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, Shiprocket, and others to ensure timely and secure delivery.

Order Receipt Guidelines

To ensure transparency and resolve any issues efficiently, we request:

  • A video recording of the package unboxing.
  • Photos of the product with a visible time stamp, within 48 hours of delivery.
  • If you receive a damaged, tampered, or unsealed parcel, please do not accept the order and notify us immediately at hukum@theshel.in with supporting media.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Available only for orders within India up to ₹1,999.
  • For orders above ₹1,999, COD is available as Partial COD: 30% advance payment is required, and the balance is payable on delivery.
  • If a COD parcel is returned to us due to refusal or unavailability, the advance amount will not be refunded, and reshipping will require an additional fee which can be deducted and remaining amount will be transferred to your original payment method within 5-7 business working days.

Incorrect / Incomplete Address

  • Please double-check your shipping address while placing the order.
  • If changes are required before shipping, contact us at +91-7567391251 or email hukum@theshel.in immediately.
  • Failed delivery due to incorrect/incomplete address or refusal may result in additional shipping charges for reshipment.
